My name is Catherine P, project engineer with 25 years' experience in the construction sector, I am joining the world of small and medium businesses, and I accompany individuals who desire to undertake renovation or improvement works. A challenge for an expatriate? Carrying out a project remotely, really is one. As an example, the restoration of a house took me two years, remotely, with regular visits. Around a dozen work packages (80% of the work) with seven trades – restoration, civil work, electricity, plumbing, painting, tiling, joinery, cabinet making. Co-creator, I work in a climate of confidence with all the participants in the construction process, main contractor, architect, tradesmen, to valorize the client's requirements while also allowing all involved to demonstrate their talents.

(1) An exploration and qualification phase to progress the project with reason and passion! We get to know each other and we prepare your preliminary project.
(2) A phase of preparation and quantification of the project, in a detailed manner, to structure and estimate the cost.
(3) A phase of realization of your passion project, placement of work orders and their subsequent execution (after clarification) with on-site follow up under my control. Mastering the key stages of a construction project, I coordinate the activities with the different actors in the project, oriented towards results and client satisfaction.

- Package 1 – « Home Project Perspective ». Give an existence to your project and study it in view of a continuing achievement.
- Package 2 – « Home Project Readiness ». Define your project (before its execution) with a professional and advance the study with work packages ordering.
- Package 3 – « Home Project A to Z » Fully implement your project with work contracts clarified and placed, delegating certain owner tasks such as the overseeing of the works up to handover.

Package 1) We explore your ideas and the means to implement them, projecting and structuring their development. The result obtained will be presented in a preliminary project plan, reflecting your desires.
Package 2) I am your person to trust to help you conceptualize and estimate the cost of the works after consulting appropriate tradesmen, to give a better visibility before you start. The results obtained cover the detailed pre-project, a summary of the bids from selected tradesmen, and an execution scheme.
Package 3) Your person to trust defines with you and orchestrates its realization in France. This package covers comprehensive coverage of your project as materialised (detailed pre-project, detailed works definition, call for bids, implementation plan, approved quotations) and you will benefit from regular updates.
